At Luméra, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and, where selected, personalized especially for you. ✨ We want you to love your order, so please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

✨ Personalized & Custom Orders

Because personalized pieces are created specifically for you, customized or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind.

This includes products personalized with names or initials, custom text, charms, specific leather colors or finishes, or other customization options selected when ordering. 🪡🤎

Please double-check all spelling, colors, charms, and personalization details before placing your order. Luméra cannot be responsible for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

📦 Non-Personalized Items

Eligible non-personalized products may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or Luméra made an error with your order, return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.

🛍️ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Every Luméra piece is carefully inspected before being sent to you. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. 📸

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

This also applies to personalized products. If the mistake was made by Luméra, we'll work to make it right. 🤍

🐄 Natural Leather Variations

Genuine leather is a natural material, which means variations in grain, texture, markings, tone, and finish may occur between pieces.

Suede may also appear lighter or darker depending on the direction of its nap and the lighting. These characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects. 🤎

We do our best to represent our colors accurately; however, slight differences may occur because of photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
